Hi, I am Carley

I am a family photographer based in Laleham, near Staines upon Thames in Surrey.

I have always loved photography, and many (many) years ago I started my working life as a teenager developing photos in Boots minilab in Birmingham. This love of photos continued through my life, until more recently having my children. When of course I had plenty of opportunities, and some willing models, to practice my skills. I had finally found a career that would fit around my family and fulfil my creative flair.

I specialize in working with children and have two little girls of my own. Before taking up photography I was a primary school teacher working in Early Years for over 10 years. I have had extensive time working with children with additional needs and love that I can continue to work with children in a different way. My sessions are not posed, but fun! I want to see those natural smiles and spend our time together giggling.

I enjoy both outdoor and studio photography, and am lucky enough to have my own little creative space in my garden studio, as well as a whole host of beautiful locations right on the doorstep. You will see some of these as you explore my portfolio.
